Storey Lain was born and raised in South Texas. She is currently majoring in Creative Writing/English with Specialization in Secondary Education at Stephen F. Austin State University and plans on becoming a high school teacher after her graduation in May of 2013. She spends her time between the Texas cities of Nacogdoches at college, San Antonio with her father, and Columbus with her mother, sister, and step-dad. Cold-Blooded is her first novel and she plans on writing many more books in the future.
