Turn of the Sentry

A.M. Boyle, a former attorney, now spends her days as an author, ghostwriter, and literary agent. Aside from lending her pen and prose to numerous authors in both the fiction and non-fiction arenas, she has written several short stories under her own name, the most recent of which was published in THE BLACK WHOLE Anthology (Down in the Country Press, 2008). She spent several years living under the sometimes-sunny skies of South Florida before settling down with her family in Southern New Jersey. Her first love is writing, but she is equally as passionate about community service, and has dedicated all proceeds from this novel to the furtherance of her work in missions and ministry, helping others both within and beyond our borders.
As a writer and former literary agent, the problem I see today is a lack of choice for readers, both young and old. The big publishers crank out cookie-cutter novels guaranteed to sell, with no concern for variety. That's why independent publisher like Wolf Pirate, and the independent book sellers that actually carry their titles, are so crucial for today's literary well-being. The Indie's are the mavericks who are not afraid to try new things, think outside of the box, and take new directions.
